What is Hive?

Hive is our word-finding game inspired by the New York Times Spelling Bee. The goal is to make as many words as possible using the letters in the honeycomb, always including the center letter.

Game Rules

1. You'll see seven letters arranged in a honeycomb.
2. Create words that:
   • Are at least 4 letters long
   • Include the center letter (highlighted in yellow)
   • Can use any letter multiple times
3. Submit your words to earn points.

Scoring System

• 4-letter words are worth 1 point
• Longer words earn 1 point per letter
• A "pangram" (using all 7 letters at least once) earns 7 bonus points

Rankings

As you score more points in Hive, you'll progress through various ranks from Beginner to Genius. Find all possible words to become a Spelling Master!

Tips for Playing

• Look for prefixes and suffixes to create more words
• Use the Shuffle button when stuck
• Try plural forms of words you've found
• The progress bar shows how close you are to the next rank
